Hi, on 11/25/2024 I purchased a toy from csnoobs. They provided me with a tracking number on 17.track, but it says that on 11/13/2024 at 20:51 the package is being returned to the sender due to a shipping problem. Could you tell me what is happening? Where is my package? Can I recieve my package? The problem is that no curier has arrived at my home. so it is impossibile that the delivery and the redelivery falied, because at my home no one arrived… and the other problem is that I can’t get help from Poste Italiane because I don’t have any Poste Italiane’s traking number, so I have to contact the China Post to organize another redelivery, and I tried, but no one answered my e-mails… could you be so kind to help me by setting another yet of redelivery to my house, before it’s too late?
The delivery was failed on Nov. 13. The redelivery was also failed. You need to contact Poste Italiane to confirm your address and ask for a redelivery again asap. Or, it will be returned back to China.
