It keeps going between
Guangzhou and Beijing
And not being shipped to country of destination
This is happening for other shipments as well

I was given a tracking number EB739073100CN when I checked on this number it says the item was delivered on March 4 to L H in New York whoever I did not make my order until March 8 so what is going on with this

According to the latest tracking information, it couldn't pass the customs check and is still stuck at the customs now. You'd better wait for more days to see if it will be returned back to the seller. If it's not normal. you need to do now is to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you).
