Hello, I have a problem with a shipment sent from Bulgaria to an address in China with the number RI 293128254BG. The shipment from 11/27/2023 is sitting in Guangzhou and the addressee does not receive it /reference on the Global Packing Tracking site/. The shipment was returned parcel to the seller /it is written on the parcel/р because it does not correspond to the description and does not work for me.
I am asking for your assistance and information, because I cannot recover the amount I paid for the shipment, and it is not cheap at all!
