Presented to customs/at a facility

My package LZ086022385CN says that it has been “presented to customs” and “Your item has been processed through a facility in ZHENGZHOU, CHINA on November 2, 2024 at 7:46 am.” It has been 9 days - when should get through and make it to the U.S.? Or has tracking just not updated yet?

Hi Okhunter324,

It's not normal for it. You need to reflect the problem to the seller and require the seller to check it with the customs.
