"Preparing for Dispatch 'for a month

My package with tracking number RE086817933CN has been 'preparing to dispatch' for a month . When will it actually ship to U.S. ? I was promised the delivery date of July 9 but it looks like the package is still in China, not moving.

Hi jh,

It's in transit to the US now. To my experience, yuo couldn't receive it on July 9. It should be delivered around July 20-31.
