posting a Parcel from Germany to Iran

Dear Sir or madam;

I have a parcel which I want to send from Germany to Iran (Tehran).
the size of the parcel is 7*15.2*22.5 centimeters and it weighs 591 grams. it is a non-commercial package.

please let me know if you can deliver it, the costs, and the duration of the post and shipment types. please let me know if direct postage in not available and what my options are.

My parcel RB145713211CN has been repeatedly transfered from Beijing to Urumqi and vice versa for several months. I don't understand why it has been delayed for delivering to Iran. It was registered in 10th Oct. 2021.
