My mother sent me a big package about three weeks ago from France, throught the french postal service Colissimo. It is a big package that contains a very fragile instrument. The french postal service says the package already arrived in Chengdu a week ago and is waiting for me at the nearest postal office, but I haven't recieved any note in my box telling me where to pick it up. I went to the nearest postal office and they don't know where it is. I have a french tracking code: CC 7408 7513 4FR. Please help me, it is very important I recieve my instrument quickly.

This is what it says on the Hong Kong Post website for my package. Does this mean the package will not give any updates when it ships to my country? I am from Canada and it only says the package has left the destination and handed to courier.
