I am needing a postal code for 2 different addresses in china:
ROOM 80-202, LANE 999 HESHUO ROAD shanghai
and
Unit 2701-02, 27/F Laws Commercial Plaza 788 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Lai Chi kok Hong Kong

I needed to recieve some mail from america (january 4th). Now 1 month later I still have not recieved the mail. My wife claimed there is no street address or postal code needed. (she said the phone number was only needed)
