How many charges are for sending parcels to Pakistan, having weight about 2000-3000g?

For package over 2kg, it's 136rmb for the first 1kg and 50.3rmb for each additional 1kg by air.

Via Surface, it's 95.1rmb for the first 1kg and 9.4rmb for each additional 1kg.
