Postal Addrress Query

Good afternoon,
A seller has provided UU385151948CN tracking number for goods I have ordered however, I ordered 16 May, he states despatch 17 May, but this tracking information indicates an item sent 09 May? Clearly this is incorrect. Would you kindly check the delivery address which should be 17 Waterside Drive, Newstead, Stoke-on-Trent, ST3 3NX England. If the package is not addressed with this address can you please confirm o that I can take the matter up with the seller.

Hi Alexander Koziaryn,

Sorry, we couldn't know the delivery address as it's private information. According to your description, the seller may provide you with a wrong tracking number. You need to contact the seller to confirm.
