I made a purchase order for a purse on Dec 25, 2020. It appears to still be in China and the Tracking doesn’t provide clear information. Tracking number - LZ582063286CN

Hi Ash,

Airline start shipping on Jan. 24. It usually takes about 30-6- days to have update showing it arrives in Canada after airline start shipping. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
