My package has been stuck in Guangzhou for 3 weeks without any update, is it possible to know what happened please? The code is LV340440508CN

Hi delvythebus,

It's delayed in Guangzhou due to some reason. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If it's stuck there for over a month, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
