Please update on my package

Ordered something on 29 May 2020, tracking status shows "SINGAPORE S06, Send item abroad (EDI-received)" since 14 July 2020 (one month now),
I open a dispute yesterday but Aliexpress hold my dispute and say that I have to wait 10 more days. Buyer protection end date is 29 August.

Hi Hussain,

What's the tracking number? I think it should be sent by 4PX Express by the seller. It needs to be transited from Singapore. It may be stuck in Singapore now. If you couldn't receive it in time, just wait for Aliexpress to refund you.

This tracking last update was 8/15/21 and then no update for few day as now.
This tracking last update showed as:
2021-08-15 19:14 上海市, 已交承运商运输
This tracking has not even show any update of custom clearance.
The other tracking usual show update in few day as:
航空公司接收/航空公司启运/飞机进港
But this tracking has not show any of this usual update after 8/15/21.
Please contact the transport agency/carrier to identify the matter for this tracking of package.
