Am not sure what this package is not know who sent it or have the invoice can this item been scanned to let me know what it is or can the sender be contacted I need the invoice

Hi Natasha,

What's the tracking number? Do you mean you receive a package that you don't order? If so, it may be a Brushing Scam. It's sent by sellers in China to boost the seller's ratings by creating fake orders. They usually ship an inexpensive product to an unwitting receiver and then submitting positive reviews on the product. If you are not charged, just keep it.

My friend in China has contacted EMS to enquire about two parcels on transit to myself. EMS on the telephone is provided different information that what is displayed online through tracking websites. I'm am confused on which information to trust?

Dear Sirs,
I represent a company based in Sweden, Europe and I have a few questions.

1.We have webshops online and buy all our merchandise from China. We use dropshipping directly from our suppliers to the costumers and packagae weight is from 0.1kg to 3kg. Sometimes the package contains batteries. The package must be tracable online. What is the chepest way to ship and can we please have a pricelist ?
2. How long does a package take from Shinzhen to Stockholm, Sweden with your suggested method ?

3. Is it possible for us to open an account with your esteemed company ? It would be easier to give our account to the suppliers instead of always using their account.
