Please tell me if does my parcel exist or seller was a scammer

My package LZ609448407CN was sent in January 15th and it seems to be stuck in the "Handed over to Forwarding Agent for Transit" status since january 17th.
Will I receive the parcel or shall I file a complaint and open a dispute?
Please, help me!

Hi Pietro,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on Jan.17 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Italy after it was handed over to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
