Please read my question, I think one of my parcels has been lost

I shipped 2 parcels using GD-E-EMS service. One parcel has been delivered EV964800961CN but when I track this parcel it still says ''Dispatched to the UK'', however it was delivered. My other parcel EV963694691CN was shipped 5 days before the other one and it still has not arrived, when i track this parcel the tracking has not updated.
Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. The delivery time for EMS packages couldn't be guaranteed now. It may be delayed. You need to wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
