Waiting for answers for 2 questions. Checked to see if there were answers and found both question were removed without being answers. I think it should be known that this is a terrible operation and should never order from them or any business associated with them. When they don't have an answer they just discard the question. Good luck dealing with this business that has no business sense.

My order has been stuck in Shanghai customs since Oct. Tracking number is LY471707172CN. It now says that tracking has expired. I'm not sure what this all means. I'd like to know what happened as company won't give me a refund or any answers. Thanknyou for your time and answers

LR156970233CN please tell me where my package is it’s been stuck on aircraft arrival for over a week now I waited for almost a month since I placed my order I’ve contacted the USPS and they told me to contact china post and get answers on where my package is right now and when I will be receiving my package and don’t give me some wait 7-10 more days to receive updates on the tracking crap I’m getting really mad that I haven’t gotten my package yet it.
