Hi my order number is LZ859257079CN and it has been stuck in transit since 9th of June for 48 days now. Can you please tell me where my parcel is? Did it get lost? Please help thank you

Hi Hodadahroug,

e-packet is slow to Australia at present. It usually takes about 30-60 days to be delivered for most packages. There will be update when it arrives. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

It's still in transit to Australia and hasn't been arrived. You'd better wait another 15-20 days to see.

The trucking number of my parcel is EA249428016CN.

The last place where the parcel was registered is Istanbul 01.02.17, (it had to fly to Budapest).

Hi.
I have a parcel currently in your system and was looking for an update.
I ordered the parcel over 3 weeks ago and was told it would arrive within those 3 weeks.
The current status of my parcel is ‘Shipment leaves processing center ’ this was updated 8 days ago and I’ve had nothing at all since. The seller doesn’t seem to understand what I am asking him and as told me multiple different (clearly made up) locations for where my parcel is.
Could you please inform me of where exactly my parcel is and how long roughly until it arrives at my door.
