Please help me with this package

I need some help, the package code is RV519486910CN. Is it already in transit to the destination country? Or is it waiting for some reason? It's been almost 20 days and there's no update. I'm a little worried.

Hi Fran,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on Dec.9 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Peru after it was handed over to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
