It's not normal for it, it may be lost to my experience. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller in time.

On October 25, 2017 I had a package mailed from the United States to Sue Joe China. It processed through Shanghai on October 30 and then said it was processed through a facility in China on October 31. The glitches that it said it was in transit for approximately 3 1/2 weeks. A few days ago I got a retro tracking progress that said There was an attempted delivery on October 31. Since then, there has not been an update and I cannot locate any contact information with regard to trying to locate and have my package delivered.
