I send Liu Yang a packge from USA via USPS tracking number LK129648465US. Liu says he never recived it and package shows in transit. I want to know where this package is. It was mailed in a yellow mail pacakging. It was a thin package under 3 ounces and sealed well with tape.

When it's in China, it will be sent be China EMS. I think the tracking number may be changed when it's handed over to China EMS, so you couldn't track it any more.
I'm not sure if Liu Yang could get your package successfully as I found his address is not correct. In the address, HONG QIAO OU should be HONG QIAO District. I hope the carrier of China post could clarify this.
