Also, I checked my tracking number. My package is still in Inner Mongolia Xi’Lin Gol place. This is not Mongolia. You know Inner Mongolia and Mongolia are so different places. They should take responsibility. Seriously I cannot believe why this company is working like this. I worried about my package. No one is helping me. I asked my teacher She always said your country mail way closed. But how other people take packages and orders I don't understand. I paid a lot of money. It's so expensive. My country really nearby China but why still didn't send my package? China Post so bad in service also delivery or anything. I give 0 points. SO disappointed. Please help me.

Hi, I did it every year. But still can not figure it out. Because China post service is so bad. I paid for it. but they don't send my package. And I asked and asked and again asked. They said your country mail way closed. But now open. Why they don't send me now? If something happened to my package they should tell me. The company has my whole information. But no connections in there. If my package is discarded they should tell me right? or no? How do I find my package? I called the company's English service number. But they can't help me.
