Hi, i previously posted regarding my item number LZ765774131CN
It has been stuck in customs for over 4 months. The company i purchesed from now longer exists i can not contact them whatsowever. I have contacted my bank and the earliest reponse regarding the my dispute is october. I just want this packaged pushed through the customs so i can actually have the item. Please someone help me. Is there a way i can contact the customs/whoever to see whats the hold up. if there is a fee to pay that the seller didnt do im happy to pay i just want this item.

It couldn't be passed the customs and retained by the customs. You couldn't contact the customs to let it released. In general, the seller should refund you or send one again to you in this case, as the seller dieappear, you can only open a dispute to get a solution now.
