I have a parcel sitting somewhere since 8/23 2019. It hasn't moved. It's now bee 42 days . Can someone shine some light on this problem for me.

It left China on Sep. 19 and en route to the US now. It usually takes about 20-30 days to have further update showing it's in the US.

It’s been over 2 weeks and the last update i got was that my shein package is in transit. my packages have never taken this long to be in transit and i’m thinking my shein package got lost. i either want a refund or i need my package asap. how do i get a refund for a package i never got, on shein?
