i sent letter to my friend when 2 week ago and now pacel doesn't sending to my friend
item number is RR279916905TH i want to know Where 's letter staying ? AND you can contact to :乔慧娜/QIAO HUI NA for receive it

It's in her place now. But China Post failed to deliver it for some reason. You'd better let her call China Post service number 11183 (then 8 for English service) to ask how to get it:
