It was sent on Jan. 1 and still not arrive the destination. In general, if a package couldn't be reached within three months, it may be lost on the way. This is a package that couldn't be tracked when it leaves the first station, so it's easy for it to be lost. You'd better contact the seller or open a dispute to get the refund as soon as possible.

I ordered items on EVER PRETTY and on their site the delivery should be between 7 to 20 days, my order has been made since June 12, 2021 and I still have not received my items ... I am going on a trip July 12, is it possible to have an estimate of the delivery date of my items? Is there a way to speed up the process?

I inquired about my package over a month ago and was told it should be 20-40 days. Its now coming up on 60 days and the package still has not reached the U.S. This is unacceptable even with Covid-19. Are these flights suspended with not move date, and you are guys just arent saying anything, because Im sorry, no explain could help me understand why package still has not reached the US in 53 days. I order from the seller 75 days ago and they shipped the package right out, there is no reason I should still not be in possession of my items
