It was received by post office but now ot says departure export customs shenzhen ems. Since the end of october. Whats going on? What do i do? Do i contact the seller? Its watches bought from online shop. Help!

Hi Candela,

It left China on October 26 and is still in transit to Spain now. Better wait for more days to see if you could receive it.
