I've order this beginning of October been stuck in transit since October 31 flit hasn't been updating can someone please help me I'm not sure which number to call

Sorry sending the question again forgot to put the tracking number in. The tracking number is RN401199204GB the parcel was sent Royal Mail international signed for 1st class on the 9th October 2019. The parcel still hasn't been delivered and it is not the 20th of December 2019 73 days later . The only information I can get for the China post site is " Monday 14th October 8:52, item has left overseas international processing centre Beijing China ". Pleas it is now 73 days later the customer has opened a dispute with Paypal for his money back saying he hasn't received his parcel. Pleas can anybody help trace the parcel thanks
