Hi,
My parcel is stuck on “plane has landed” for almost 2 weeks now. Can you please tell me when I can aspect my package? It should be arrived already the “timeline” says.

Hi Monique van Dorst,

To my experience, it takes about another 10-20 days to reach Netherlands. You'd better wait for more days to see. If you couldn't receive it in time, contact the seller to give you a solution.

Thanks for the answer… but I fought the package was already in The Netherlands? The plane has landed… so where is it now? On the tracking it says it should be delivered between 3 and 7 April..
