Plane arrived at destination but it is not in destination country

Hello,
I am waiting for this package: EB757989759CN (sent from China to Switzerland).
It says flight arrived at destination but the Swiss Post indicates that it is not in Switzerland yet. Could you give me more information please ? Is it still in China or is it in transit in another country ?

Hi elodie,

It hasn't arrived in Switzerland. You'd better wait for more days to get update showing it arrives in Switzerland.
