I have asked questions twice, they were posted. When looking for response I found both questions were removed without being answered. If you don't have an answer just tell me, don't ignore me and throw out the questions. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with.

Hi Jack,

It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives. As it has been over two months that it's still not in the US. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

Dear employee, first of all thanks for your previous reaction!
My next question concerns my order with tracking number UN933068288CN.
This has suddenly been canceled as of 22nd of February on my track & trace from AliExpress, without being asked to do so!
The documents were already in order but otherwise I see no change in status!
I have asked for a response from the seller (Gao Duan Quality Store) but to date I have received a response.

I ordered 3 Expandable Faux Privacy Fences on October 27, 2020 and as of today January 25, 2021 I have NOT received my order. I have been constantly tracking and it has shown that the order arrived in Canada on December 1, 2020. There have been no further updates since then. I have been tracking every week since then. I checked yesterday, January 24, 2021 and it shows that my tracking is EXPIRED! Why is this? This company has had my money since October 27, 2020 and I have NOTHING to show for it. I have sent numerous e-mails asking and all I get in return is a GENERIC e-mail...never answering any of my questions. I'm really upset with no one giving me a straight answer on my order. My tracking number is LP00418804426124. My order number from the company is OK14495. It looks like the company is Oaklyn??? I get no help on the Canada Post website. I have paid for something and not received and they have my money collecting interest. Can you PLEASE help me? Thank you. Susan Simpson
