Hi Mel,

You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about where to pick up. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

THank you.I tried to reach out to the seller said it was a malicious site and unsafe to open,no reply from email address of sender.Do you have any idea of its current location tracking number AS750344270CN ,it would be a great help Thank You Mel
