Parcle not delivered

Dear Madams and Sirs!
I await for a parcel. It is still not delivered although the tracking result says:

Austria, duly delivered 2023-02-03 10:02
Austria, outbound delivery 2023-01-29 17:49
Austria, Destination Transshipment 【Austria】 2023-01-24 23:34
AUSTRIA, local sorting centre, Express arrival at the processing center

The tracking number of china post is AS812018825CN.
I didn't receive a european tracking number yet.

Please tell me:
1. Which ist your local delivery service in Austria? I already talked to customer service of AustrianPost, DHL, GLS, Hermes, UPS - the tracking number is not in their systems.
2. Please get me the signed confirmation of deliverance.
