Parcels stuck in Zhengzhou

Trough our supplier we ordered EMS shipping for 5 parcels. From China to The Netherlands. I am more than angry because we payed no less then US$ 760 and they are already hanging in Zhengzhou since November 28th. They say there are no planes available but that is clear nonsense. Our supplier asked again this morning and they simply say it will be on a plane January 10th. The given shipping time is 7-15 days and I understand it might take a bit longer given the situation. But now we are already on 38 days from handing over to EMS (November 22nd) and if only shipped January 10th it will arrive soonest January 17th or so. That are 56 days or nearly 2 Months. EMS should be ashamed just doing this, that has nothing to do with parcel delivery, just simple long term freight service that is available at much lower cost.

By now we are missing lots of sales for this and our reputation as a reliable supplier as well. Where can we send the liability for the damage?

So i got two parcels stuck in Zhengzhou, one since 30 aug UT164993412CN and the other since oct 14 UT419322595CN
