Parcels say they have arrived, but they have not

I have two deliveries and neither have arrived:
AT094222763CN and AS029007773CN
It says they have been delivered to Alcobendas, Madrid, 28109. However, i have not received them, and i do not know where to collect them from. Correos do not recognise the tracking number.
Please advise, as the packages are quite urgent.

Hello.
What is currently going on with your post? I have several parcels stuck at Shenzen / Guangzhou. My registered parcels have been stuck for 2 months. I also have some Ordinary mail parcels that have also not arrived, but their last tracking shows going through Shenzen.
Other parcels that went through different region, have already arrived, despite ordering much later.
Talking to others, they also have same issue with parcels who went to Guangzhou and not arriving.

Hello, I have 3 parcels coming from China, it says they arrived already in Bucharest almost a month ago but the romanian post hasn't received anything, can you please help me?

No update since arrived in the destination country (2 replies)

I would like to know what happened to my parcels. They were arrived in the destination country on 22/10/2020 shows on the China Post website. However, no update since that. I have contacted the ParcelForce, They told me that they didn't receive these parcels, their is no update information in their database, so they cannot help.
I just want to know what happened, why these parcels not updated, normally they should be "in the sorttknf centre" or "Customs clearance". Parcels arrived without any update are the first time.
