Hello, I need your help because I need information about two parcels (EV943660606CN and EV943905136CN, both are in the same location without registering movements (Received by the carrier) both are the same day 18 of October.
I need to know if they are lost, delayed or returned, the system has not updated the situation of these two parcels for many days.

The latest tracking for your package says it was received by the airline on November 29. It is currently waiting for its flight in Shanghai, so there is no problem with your package :). You can probably expect your package to arrive by the beginning of January at the latest.
