Parcell qtuck in guangzhou baiyun

Hi,

I ordered à package the 4th June, and the last news i have is "handed over to fowarding agent for transit."
Here is thetracking number EV979785660CN
What does it mean ? Can i hope receive my package one Day...? Thanks

Hi Leila,

EMS is slow at present. It was handed over to the carrier transport on June 11 and is in transit to France now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in France after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
