I hope you can help me. I ordered something from Aliexpress on 20th April, and apparently it was handed over to the airline on 23rd April. It's 25th May and when I track it, it appears as it was in Singapore and now its location is "UNKNOWN". It also says "Information Received – Item En Route to Postal Facility (with the date of 23rd April). Could you please let me know where my parcel is? It seems to me that it could have easily got lost somewhere and neither the seller nor the post service (CAINIAO) have any clear answers for me. Same thing happens with parcel LB130652768SG: it appears as "UNKNOWN". What does that mean, exactly?
I'm also looking for some information about parcel with tracking number LB132494512SG, as this one seems to have some more information but I don't understand if it is already in the UK or not.

When I started tracking the parcel it said its destination is unknown and the courier used is also unknown what do I do

When I input it into 17 track, the Destination shows unknown. I would like to know that if it is normal. I provided my address in Chinese to my seller last week. I understand the the order may require a few days to process, so maybe it still needs time to process or ready to ship?
