Hi. I ordered an item on Nov 14th and it finally posted on 20th Nov. It seems to have been stuck in China since 1st Dec and the company are saying that there's nothing they can do despite advising that the item will arrive between 3-15 days. Can you check the status of my parcel please?

It left China on Dec. 9 and is in transit to UK now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
