More than month ago the package was send to me, the last update is from 15 April 2018 that it supposed to go from Shanghai to Warsaw, and no more information from there. The tracking number is LZ213285735CN, could you get me any updates on my parcel status?

We are only a third party package tracking platform. We couldn't update the tracking status if the courier doesn't update it. According to the tracking information, it's still in transit to Poland now. There will be further update when it arrives there. Wait patiently.
