Who in the UK would have delivered my parcel as only have the tracking china delivery label with China tracking number. Retailer in China says contact my delivery company but how do I know who this is. AS033367424CN tracking number for China Air tracked for 2 weeks no problem arrives uk sats delivered ?? ( by who ) as tracking does not show its not been delivered and its a kayak so not a small item how can I locate it

I have checked the tracking of my parcel which is saying that it has been delivered but this is not true.
The delivery address has someone there the whole time and no parcel was delivered or any attempt to deliver has been made.
If there is the opportunity to contact the courier I would be grateful to have their contact details to make a direct enquiry.

Tracking number XCSU001398034BO. It says this parcel was delivered. It was not. This parcel was resent as it was supposedly delivered a month before but again did not arrive. What company was this parcel handed over to for delivery in Christchurch New Zealand? Where is the proof of delivery which is what happens when we receive a parcel?
