My parcel RV117429366CN has not updated since 12th august it say arrived at destination but it is not here

I could not able to see the tracking information of my parcel from china post RAM tracking no. :RV967988807CN which I have ordered on Joom since July 23.

You'd better contact the seller to check it for you. Tracking information may only available in seller's tracking system. Another situation is that China Post doesn't provide tracking service for this kind of package.

It was returned back for many times as didn't pass the check. It was delivered to air transport on May 24 again and is in transit to Italy now. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal.
