Good morning I was wondering if you can help me my parcel been stuck on flight departure for 2 weeks my tracking number is EV962946629CN I was wondering if you can tell me where it is please thank you

Hi Brandon,

It's in transit to UK now. There will update when it arrives in UK. You'd better wait for more days to get update. It should be reached in another 10 days if there is no delay.

my two parcels with tracking numbers CP419420544CN &
CP419420527CN were shipped on 30/08/2021 from China to Pakistan...but i got only one parcel with tracking number CP419420544CN. My other parcel with tracking number CP419420527CN did not reach me. I paid 1041 yuan for that parcel.
