My parcel RN590595321GB was posted from Uk to China 4th January and has been listed as Dispatched from Office of Exchange since 10th January. Where is my parcel and when will it be delivered?

Hi Jemma,

It's still in transit and hasn't been arrived. It usually takes about 20-40 days to reach China in normal. But due to the coronavirus, it may be delayed. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

The delivery tracking site says someone tried to deliver the parcel but I have no more info. No info of the delivery in my mailbox or anywhere, + I was at home on april the 14th... What happends?

I really don't know what to do...
