Parcel to Libya arrives in Germany

I ordered some stuff from AliExpress from Hong Kong to Libya but tracking results(RB171631793SG) indicates that the parcels have arrived at Destination DE. I just want to know if the Parcels would be sent to Libya or they are lost in transit, Thank you

Are you sure the tracking number is yours? I checked and find it is sent from Singapore to Germany. Have you asked the seller about this? I suggest you ask the seller about the specific information.
