PARCEL TO HK STUCK IN GZ

My parcel is shipped form Australia to Hong Kong. Australian tracking says “Cleared and awaiting international departure GUANGZHOU (CN), CHINA” since 10 March. The tracking number is “ LK143287754AU”. How long will it take for China post to process and hand the parcel over to HK Post?

This parcel arrived in GZ to be transferred to HK. On Australia post it says cleared and awaiting international departure to HK. How long is it going to take for my parcel to be on a flight to HK?

Hi Rose,
It was delivered to the carrier on March 12 and takes about 15-30 days to have update showing it arrives in Hong Kong after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
