Parcel takes too long

Hello! My tracking number is EV026887897CN . It’s been already 24 days since the parcel was shipped. And based on info from tracking it’s not even in a destination country. Could you please provide me with an update what is going wrong with my parcel. I ordered an express delivery with purpose, I’ll be out of the place of destination soon and I won’t be able to get it then. Please help! Thank you.
