Parcel stuck in Zhengzhou since the 16th of April, where is it?

The status of my parcel has not changed since the 16th of April. Is it still in Zhengzhou? Or is it on it's way to the UAE? The tracking number is RV382867901CN. Thank you in advance

Hi Mike,

There is few flight to UAE that makes it delayed. It's still in China now. You need to wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in three months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
