Hello! My parcel is stuck in Zhengzhou since July 7th. The tracking number is EV737400632CN is it lost?

Hi Irina,

It's not lost. It's in transit to UK now. There should be update when it arrives in UK after 15-30 days. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
