Parcel stuck in Xiamen?

Tracking number: LO971310566CN
So it's been two months since this parcel has been resting in Xiamen, "Cleared and Awaiting departure". It's a bit ridiculous to hold onto things for nearly two months. Can I get some answers?

Jameskim, mine was sent around the same time as yours too and also coming into Australia, also held up in Xiamen. Exactly the same situation as you are. My tracking is: LO968254759CN have a look. Let's keep each other updated if there's any progress on updates!

My order on shopee has been stuck in "Departed from origin port : xiamen."
